Please take time to read the following. Making a booking deems that you accept these terms and conditions. Please note they may be updated from time to time.

Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under 16) per lodge.
No pets allowed.
No smoking.
A parking space is provided adjoining your lodge for one car or van. Please park any other vehicle on the fishery car park. Vehicles are parked at owners risk.
The property is cleaned between bookings. Please leave your lodge as you found it. Please notify a member of staff of any shortcomings with your lodge.
Bed linen i.e. sheets, duvets are not provided.
A deposit of 50% is required on booking, which is non-refundable. However if you need to cancel due to an emergency we will forward your deposit/booking to another date. The balance is to be paid on arrival.
If there's extra cleaning or breakages as a result of your occupation then an appropriate amount will be charged to cover costs and time.
Bookings are not accepted from anyone less than 18 years old.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when fishing and near the lakes.
Bookings which include fishing allow you to fish on a bankside swim/s on the Day Ticket Lake.
No responsibility is accepted for any injury or death however sustained.
If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify Catch 22 Fishing Centre by telephone at least 14 days before arrival. Tel: 01603 872948.
If you wish to make a complaint relevant to any aspect of the services provided by Catch 22 Fishing Centre, these should be in the first instance be made as soon as possible to the Fishery Manager, Catch 22 Fishing Centre. If you wish to make a complaint upon return from your stay it must be made in writing to Catch 22 Fishing Centre, Bunnetts Loke, Lyng, Norwich NR9 5BQ within 10 days of return.
Catch 22 Fishing Centre does not accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the holiday is cancelled or reduced by events out of it's control. The circumstances for this includes any event the owner could not, even with all due care foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of the property (which cannot be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your holiday) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage or any similar event beyond the owner's control. Such circumstances also include riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity and all similar situations beyond the owner's control.
